Editorial: Carty’s argument falls short

Former Mayor Carty Finkbeiner’s paid advertisement in Sunday’s paper offered one perspective on the pros and cons of Issue 9, which would change Toledo’s charter to allow a Toledo mayor to seek a third consecutive term. But it isn’t one that we find persuasive.
