Equity mutual fund categories lose up to 9.5% ahead of Diwali

Ahead of Diwali, all equity mutual fund categories experienced negative returns, with consumption funds losing the most at 9.55%. PSU, thematic, MNC, infrastructure, and energy funds also saw significant losses, fluctuating between 7.58% and 8.08%.
