'She wanted to go on': Fox News exposes Joe Rogan's pro-Trump plot to nix Harris talk

Fox News host Howard Kurtz reported that Vice President Kamala Harris wanted to do an interview with Joe Rogan but the popular podcaster refused while granting a three-hour spot to former President Donald Trump.

During a Sunday panel discussion on Fox News, right-wing pundit Caroline Downey argued that Trump was "humanized" during his three-hour interview with Rogan.

"And that's the net benefit to his campaign because with every TV hit that Kamala Harris does, she comes off more bitter, more angry, and more jaded, whereas Trump comes off as a normal guy," Downey opined. "So, you know, Kamala Harris claims she's trying to cater to the younger generation, but she's sticking to legacy media interviews for the most part, and she refused to go on Rogan."

"Well, no, I don't think that's true," Kurtz disagreed. "I think she wanted to go on Joe Rogan, and I don't think Rogan wanted her."

The Fox News host acknowledged that Rogan "seemed largely sympathetic to the former president."

"You heard him dismiss the media as a bunch of left-wing Democrats," he noted.
