A Facebook user said they saw Home Bargains’ Grinch baubles being sold for four times their price on Vinted[/caption]

She shared a photo of the mugs on Facebook’s Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, which has almost three million members.

The post went viral when hundreds of people liked it and began to tag their friends in the comment section.

One person described the Grinch mug as “beautiful,” while another joked that it made their hot drink taste better than an ordinary mug.

“If any of you go home bargains can u pick me one of these up plsssss,” a Facebook user said, tagging two people.

“I need this for Christmas,” another commented.

“Don’t walk to home bargains RUN!!” a third chimed in.

“Coffee machine back out!! These cups for Christmas,” another wrote.

The mug which fits perfectly in a stocking or Christmas Eve box is described by Home Bargains as being a “generous size”.

It features the iconic Grinch character with a candy cane handle and decorative baubles.

Home Bargains doesn’t state whether or not the mug can be cleaned in a dishwasher.

The mug is not the only item that is Grinch-themed being sold at Home Bargains.

There is also a pack of four Grinch-embellished baubles, which are being sold for £4.99.

According to one Facebook user, the same items have been listed on Vinted for up to £20.

There is also a Grinch advent calendar for the countdown to Christmas for £1.25.

It contains milk chocolates that are suitable for vegetarians behind each door from 1st December to Christmas Eve.

The Grinch theme doesn’t have to remain at home as the store is also selling “soft and cosy” socks for £2.

They are available for shoe sizes three to seven and are made from machine-washable polyester.

According to Home Bargains, they are ideal for “lounging at home,” going out, and gifting to spread the “holiday spirit”.

The most expensive item in the collection inspired by Dr Suess’s tale is a men’s pyjama set featuring the character for £13.
