Embassy REIT records highest H1 leasing ever, revises guidance to 6.5 million sq ft for FY25

Q2 FY2025 sees 2.1 million sq ft leased, with Bengaluru leading. Revenues and NOI have risen 12%, occupancy has hit 90%, and Rs 553 crore distribution has been declared.
