Sharks F Macklin Celebrini out at least 2 more weeks

San Jose Sharks rookie Macklin Celebrini, the No. 1 pick in the 2024 NHL Draft, will miss at least two more weeks with a lower-body injury.

General manager Mike Grier provided the timeline update for the 18-year-old forward on Monday. Celebrini has not played since tallying a goal and an assist in the Oct. 10 season opener against the St. Louis Blues.
