Selena Gomez is reacting to the awards season talk that her new movie Emilia Pérez has been receiving!

If you don’t know, The Hollywood Reporter believes that the movie will earn Oscar nominations for Best Picture, Best Director for Jacques, Best Actress for Karla Sofía Gascón, Best Supporting Actress for Zoe Saldana and possibly Selena, Best Original Screenplay, and Best International Feature.

In an interview, the Oscar buzz was addressed.

“I have hives,” Selena told Extra of the awards season buzz. “It’s a compliment… We are just so thrilled that people are receiving it with an open heart and open mind and hopefully it will leave an imprint.”
