Delhi High Court restrains website for infringing Dream 11's trademark

The Delhi High Court has ordered Hong Yi F5 to cease using Dream 11's trademark and transfer its domain name to Sporta Technologies. Failing to contest the suit, Hong Yi was found to have unfairly exploited Dream 11's goodwill, directing users to illegal betting sites, damaging its reputation.
