Man tries to jump off 12th floor in Noida, 2 rush up stairs, pull him back

In Noida, a 21-year-old man attempted to commit suicide from the 12th floor of Supertech Capetown but was rescued by two residents who pulled him back. The police reported that the man is mentally challenged. He previously lived in the society but recently moved to Sector 41. After formalities, he was returned to his family.
