HCL Technologies’ board approves an interim dividend of Rs 12 per share with October 22 as the record date. Shareholders will receive the dividend on October 30. The company reported a 10.5% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit to Rs 4,235 crore and an 8.2% increase in revenue.
