Hurricane Oscar brings winds, heavy rains to eastern Cuba

TEHRAN, Oct. 21 (MNA) – Tropical Storm Oscar brought heavy rains and winds to Cuba, an island already beleaguered by a massive power outage, late Sunday after brushing the Bahamas.
