KUALA LUMPUR: The East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) has outlined its development plan under the 13th Malaysia Plan (RMK-13) for 2026 to 2030, positioning Mersing and Segamat as key contributors to Malaysia's 'Food Basket' initiative.
