Mumbai property registrations up 13% during Navratri festival

Mumbai's property market is thriving during the Navratri festival, recording 5,199 registrations from October 3 to 11, marking a 13.2% year-on-year increase. The state collected ₹502 crore in revenue from these transactions, up from ₹430 crore the previous year. Daily average registrations rose to 578 units, compared to 510 last year.
