Canadian Gabriel Diallo lost in his first career ATP final at the Almaty Open in Almaty, Kazakhstan on Sunday.

The 23-year-old from Montreal, ranked 118th on tour, lost 6-2, 5-7, 6-3 to Russia’s Karen Khachanov in Sunday’s final at the ATP 250 event.

Khachanov is 26th in the rankings and was the tournament’s third seed.
