NICOLA HORLICK: How do I tell my male boss to stop calling me sweetheart?

I'm a 25-year-old working in a leading professional services firm. My line manager swears a lot and calls women 'sweetheart', 'babes' or 'chicks'. I find it uncomfortable. What should I do?
