Outdoors: The downfall of Alexander and the deer he poached

WILMINGTON, Ohio — Upon reflection of the Christopher Alexander deer poaching hearing in Clinton County, it occurs to me that many novices or nonhunters might not quite understand why it is important or a big deal to have permission, or in this case, no permission, to hunt on private property.
