Cyclonic circulation over Andaman sea likely to intensify into low pressure: IMD

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has reported a cyclonic circulation over the Andaman Sea, expected to intensify into a low-pressure area by October 21 and potentially impact North Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal, and Bangladesh with heavy rainfall and rough sea conditions from October 22-25.
