Four years after mooting a proposal to shift Rani Lakshmi Bai’s statue out of a busy roundabout in central Delhi, civic authorities began installing it near a centuries-old Idgah; however, the work was delayed by over a month due to legal challenges posed by the Idgah’s managing committee
