Drone attack, power outages reported in St. Petersburg

TEHRAN, Oct. 19 (MNA) – A drone attack in the Russian city of St. Petersburg on the morning of Oct. 19, has caused explosions and partial power outages, according to local Telegram channels and Russian media.
