Middleton acts on park land NORTH MIDDLETON An ordinance requiring new housing developments to provide suitable park land is nearing completion. Details were discussed at Tuesday's recreation board meeting, with Supervisors Charles King and Tom Stewart present. Recreation Board Secretary Gene Bossard said he is optimistic the ordinance can be enacted this year."Developers many times make a big deal out of donating land to the township for park use," Bossard said.
