One dead in Victorian Village shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- One person is dead after a shooting early Saturday morning in a north Columbus neighborhood.

A police dispatcher said officers were sent to the 300 block of West 3rd Avenue in Victorian Village at around 5 a.m. One person was found with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:10 a.m.

Police are continuing to investigate. No additional details are known at this time.
