3-year-old boy grazed by gunfire in Woodlawn apartment

A 3-year-old boy was wounded in a shooting Friday inside a home in Woodlawn.

He was in an apartment about 4:10 p.m. in the 800 block of East 65th Street when someone unknown to him fired shots, Chicago police said.

He suffered a graze wound to his arm and was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police said.

No one is in custody, and Area 1 detectives are investigating.
