Fresh violence in Manipur as militants attack village in Jiribam district

Militants attacked a village in Jiribam district, Manipur, using sophisticated weapons and bombs. CRPF and police retaliated as additional forces rushed to the scene. No casualties are reported yet. Elderly people, women, and children were moved to safety. The area has seen several such attacks since the ethnic violence began in the state last year.
