Nel to retire as WBHO chair, former CFO Henwood to succeed him

Construction group Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon (WBHO) has advised that its chairperson and director Louwtjie Nel will retire, effective November 21. He joined WBHO in 1987 having held various key positions in different divisions in the group over the years, including CEO between 2008 and 2019.
