Accenture, partners launch renewable-energy initiative

NYSE-listed Accenture, in collaboration with the Mining Qualification Authority (MQA), Mentec Foundation, National Youth Development Agency, Moses Kotane Research Institute and mining and agriculture services provider Dan Piet, has launched a green offgrid social enterprise franchise. The flagship Connectivity, Electricity and Education for Entrepreneurship (CE3) initiative is dedicated to advancing domestic and commercial solar installations and aimed at changing the way communities and businesses access and use energy.
