British American Tobacco subsidiary nearing settlement in long-running Canadian legal case

Imperial Tobacco Canada (ITCAN) has been in talks with creditors since losing an appeal in March 2019 ordering the company and two other cigarette sellers to pay CA$15.6billion in damages.
