UK to raise more from inheritance tax: Report

British finance minister Rachel Reeves plans to increase inheritance tax revenue in her budget on Oct. 30 to address a government budget shortfall. Various changes to exemptions and reliefs are being considered. The inheritance tax rate is currently 40% on estates above 325,000 pounds.
