Travel updates after drivers issued with thick fog warning through rush hour
Drivers and travellers have been warned to take care this morning as a weather warning for fog is in force.
The Met Office yellow weather warning covers London and most of the south east of England until 9am, potentially causing rush hour difficulties for commuters.
Meanwhile, passengers in Scotland this morning are facing another day of delays and cancellations as a signal fault near Glasgow still hasn’t been fixed.
The fault, located between Partick and Glasgow’s Charing Cross, was first reported at around 7am on Thursday, but Network Rail haven’t been able to repair the problem.
Almost 24 hours later and it’s predicted the disruption caused could last until midday.
