FIFA Tournaments in the US

Aside from the World Cup, both men and women, the US hasn't hosted (or to my knowledge even bid) for any other FIFA tournaments. There are many to pick from: futsal, U20, U17 both men and women. And with so many immigrants in the US the attendance should be pretty decent and at the very least better than what we are seeing elsewhere for example currently in the Dominican Republic for the U17 women's World Cup.
