HEG shares tumble 5% as stock trades on ex-split basis from today

Shares of HEG Ltd dropped by 5% to Rs 488.10 on BSE as the stock began trading on an ex-split basis. The company set October 18 as the record date for a 1:5 stock split, their first-ever split. HEG Ltd shares have surged 42% in the last year and 28.50% in the current year.
