We’re sharing the most important aspects from the preliminary autopsy report, which has been translated to English.

1. His Cause of Death

His early cause of death is being labeled as “polytrauma” from “an internal and external hemorrhage.” The report says he suffered 25 injuries from his fall, and they are consistent with a fall from a height of several stories.

They report that there were no defensive injuries to his hands that suggest “the intervention of third people,” which some believe to mean that indicates no suspected third party involvement.

The autopsy was performed last night between 21:45 and 23:05, which is 9:45 pm – 11:05 pm.

2. The Initial Investigation

The report shares that the “circumstances of the case are being investigated as a dubious death, although everything indicates that the musician was alone when the fall occurred.”

They also shared that they believe he “may have fallen in a state of semi or total unconsciousness.”

3. More Tests Were Ordered

Toxicology and more tests were ordered, including “histopathological” and “biochemical” testing. This will determine if anything such as alcohol or any drugs or medications were in his system at the time of his passing.

4. Who Was Interviewed

The autopsy report indicates that authorities interviewed three workers at the hotel after Liam passed. They also interviewed two women who allegedly were with Liam before his death, but were not in his room when he passed.

5. What Is Next in the Investigation

The translation in the report shares, “The prosecution said that beyond reconstructing the circumstances of the musician’s death, the investigation is also aimed at determining the possible intervention of third parties in the events prior to the death of the victim.”
