CJI Chandrachud recommends Justice Khanna as his successor

Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud has suggested the appointment of Justice Sanjiv Khanna as his successor to the Centre. CJI Chandrachud will retire on November 10, and Justice Khanna is expected to serve for a little over six months before retiring on May 13, 2025.
