Data leak of vehicle owners: HC seeks govt's reply on Plea

The Delhi High Court has asked the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways to respond to a PIL claiming mobile apps can access personal and sensitive vehicle information via registration numbers. The court also wants the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to halt these apps' operations. A detailed reply is expected by February 19.
