Settlement negotiations continue in case against Campbell Soup

NAPOLEON — On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary lifted his stay in the case two environmental groups brought against the Campbell Soup Co. plant in Napoleon this spring, approved the latest joint status report filed by each of the parties, and scheduled a 2 p.m. Monday video chat to hear where settlement negotiations now stand.
