5 stunning supermoon photos of the Hunter's moon in October 2024

We’ve seen some absolutely stunning images of moons in recent years, like June’s Strawberry moon that we saw earlier this year in 2024 and the blue moon in August.

Now? It’s time to look at what’s called a hunter’s moon, one that’s a supermoon that popped up this week at night all over the world. The origin of the name comes from the time when hunters were getting meat to store in the winter, and this is a supermoon because the moon was close to Earth. Got all that?
