Speaker Bagbin to rule on petition seeking removal of four MPs today

Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin will today, Thursday, October 17, 2024 give a ruling on a petition seeking to remove four sitting MPs from the House. The Minority wants the MP for Agona West, Cynthia Morrison, MP for Suhum Kojo Asante, Fomena MP Andrew Asiamah and Amenfi Central MP Kwakye Ackah removed for filing to contest as independent candidates in the upcoming December polls.
