Congress to contest Jharkhand polls as JMM ally, to issue 1st candidate list after Oct 19: Mir

The Congress will join the JMM for the Jharkhand assembly elections, with seat sharing decisions to be finalized shortly. The first candidate list will be released after October 19. Elections will be held across two phases on November 13 and 20, with results on November 23.
