Report suggests $40-million annual investment isn't enough to keep up with Calgary road deterioration

A new report from the City of Calgary suggests spending more money now on road quality will save funds in the long run, as the current annual $40-million paving investment isn't enough to keep up with the rate that Calgary's roads are deteriorating.
