A 19-year-old scrap dealer, Saddam, was arrested for allegedly abducting and raping a 7-year-old girl at a Ramlila fair in Ghaziabad. The girl, found unconscious and injured in a nearby forest, narrated her ordeal. Police arrested Saddam, who was shot in the leg during a confrontation.
