SpiceJet faces yet another insolvency proceeding by lessor

SpiceJet Ltd is facing new insolvency proceedings initiated by aircraft lessor Aviator ML 29641 Ltd over ₹58 crore in unpaid dues. The low-cost airline has disputed the debt. The National Company Law Tribunal has listed the matter for further hearing on November 11. SpiceJet faces multiple insolvency petitions from its vendors and lessors.
