Mayor hopes for tamer meetings after outspoken Portugal Cove-St. Philip's councillor is suspended

Portugal Cove-St. Philip's Mayor Carol McDonald is hopeful that the strained workplace at the town hall will end now that councillor Darryl Harding has been suspended.
