Real estate equity investments in January-September create record

Real estate equity investments in India saw a 46% YoY growth, reaching $8.9 billion in the first nine months of 2024. Domestic investors led with a 79% share in Q3 2024. Major cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai accounted for over 66% of investments. The office, retail, and land/development sectors benefited the most.
