Our house is a 4-story (incl. finished basement) semi-detached Victorian next to Malcolm X Park. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. There are 2 living spaces, one on the main level and one in a finished basement. The basement also has a small home gym. The kitchen has a gas stove, 2 full refrigerators, and a dishwasher. There is a dining room with a decent home bar (if we do say so ourselves). There is a backyard with a firepit and adirondack chairs, as well as a front patio for lounging.
