Biden tours storm-ravaged Florida after Hurricane Milton

President Biden toured storm damage in Florida on Sunday, just days after the state received a direct hit from Hurricane Milton. The president also announced that more than $600 million will flow to help update power grid damage caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, which ravaged Georgia and North Carolina as well.
