Suspect leads Monroe police on extended chase before apprehension, arrest

A 56-year-old Monroe man was arrested late Saturday after the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said he led deputies and state troopers on a 45-minute chase through Monroe, LaSalle, and Ida townships.
