LG 'recommends' end to central Rule in J&K, focus on nomination

Jammu and Kashmir's lieutenant governor Manoj Sinha has recommended ending central rule in the Union Territory. Omar Abdullah is set to form the new government with support from Congress, CPIM, AAP, and independents. The elected government is expected to take oath by Wednesday after completing formalities.
