Doctors' association FAIMA calls for shutdown of elective services in hospitals across country from Monday

The Federation of All India Medical Association (FAIMA) has called for a nationwide boycott of elective services by medical professionals starting October 14. This action supports the demands of junior doctors in West Bengal, who are protesting for safety and justice. FAIMA has requested all resident doctors to keep emergency services operational during this phase of protests.
