Manipur: Cadre of proscribed outfit of Kangleipak Communist Party arrested

The businessman community in Manipur is facing growing extortion demands from militant outfits amid ongoing violence. There are frequent demands for money and arms. Despite police actions, extortion and violence continue, leaving traders struggling to cope with the threats.
