Assam hit by 4.2 magnitude earthquake

An earthquake of 4.2 magnitude shook Assam's north-central region at 7:47 am on Sunday. The epicenter was in Udalguri district, close to the Assam-Arunachal Pradesh border. The tremor was felt in multiple districts and even in parts of Arunachal Pradesh and Bhutan. No immediate injuries or damages have been reported.
