Hugo Viana to succeed Txiki Begiristain as Man City director of football

Manchester City have confirmed director of football Txiki Begiristain will leave the club at the end of the season and be replaced by Sporting 39;s Hugo Viana. BBC Sport reported last week that Spaniard Begiristain, 60, was set to leave after 12 years at the club.
